Our Final Music Video
Above is our final music video, creating our music video has been a challenging experience. However we have enjoyed creating it, it allowed us to put the skills we learnt in As into practise, in terms of angles and various shots. Through this process we have learnt new skills such as editing, this took a while to establish, but once we practised we picked up on how to use the programme and which aspects worked well for our music video, in terms of the narrative and our target audience. Our memorable moments of creating the music video have been the trips to London to film, also the thought process of putting our music video across to our audience has been a challenging process. Overall working with our chosen artist has been pleasant, his look and the dress code we chose matched well with our chosen song 'The City'. Therefore allowing us to complete the music video we planned out from the start.
Looking back to our storyboard we have completed some of the shots that we had drawn up, such as the piccadilly circus shot, which was the shot were our artist Andrew was standing in the centre with the public walking past him, we then used an editing software to speed the shot up, therefore giving an element of time stopping with the artists thought process in a fast process. In comparison to our final video and our storyboard we have also added night shots which we decided to do in order to make our music video unique and more understandable to our audience.
